Return Policy

With the exception of the products listed below, all items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Refunds are issued upon receipt of merchandise.

Due to health code requirements, pillows (HM161, M121 and HM200) are not returnable.

A Return Authorization MUST be obtained for any product to be returned. Any return without authorization will be denied.

Returned products must be in new condition.

For your protection, please send all returns via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post.

Security and Privacy

Astar Health Products has ensured that your order will be processed securely and your personal information will be protected. Upon submission of your order, your credit card and all other personnel information are encrypted using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. It is then transmitted to us and processed. There will be no opportunity for any third party to have access to your credit card information.

Astar Health Products is committed to safeguarding consumer privacy. Astar Health Products will not release, share, or sell any personally identifiable information such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, or credit card information.

Shipping and payment

Astar Health Products uses FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air to deliver your products. Products are usually shipped next business day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Standard FedEx and UPS shipping charges will apply.

We accept Visa, Mastarcard, American Express Card, Discover Card and Diner's Club Card.

Orders paid by personal check are normally held for ten (10) business days for the clearance of the check. For speedier delivery, cashiers check or money orders are suggested.
