- If you find an identical product for sale elsewhere for less within 15 days of your purchase, or any time before your purchase, you can request that we match that price.
- For post-purchase price matches, we will issue you a store credit for the difference.
- This guarantee also applies to prices on our own site. If you buy something at Astarhealth.com and see that its normal, non-sale price is lower within 15 days, we will issue you a store credit.
- The competing merchant must be physically based in the USA or Canada and have an internet website that clearly specifies the following:
- The product is factory sealed and is brand new
- The product is in stock
- The product is not a clearance item
- A phone number, physical address, and e-mail address
- We do not price-match with any seller who does not have their own website at a dedicated domain name, e.g., eBay sellers
